Privacy notice for the MSOS client portal

MSOS Terminal processes operational data provided by authorized clients for Signal Scan delivery, margin analysis, inference review, and related support.

We collect account information, role/tenant authorization, uploaded operational exports, derived metrics, support requests, and audit events necessary to run the service and protect client data.

Support intake is intentionally limited. Do not submit raw exports, PHI, PII, credentials, or ticket dumps through support forms. If data is required, MSOS will provide an approved transfer path.

Client data is retained only as needed for active delivery unless a longer period is required by written agreement, legal hold, or regulatory obligation. Data destruction requests can be submitted through support.
